A: Cove is an independent women's clothing and swimwear boutique located in the Boudin Creek neighborhood of Central Austin, TX on South Lamar Blvd.

Since 2015, we curate cool, effortless fashion — think feminine dresses, swimwear, matching sets, shoes, accessories, and gifts — from popular brands we genuinely love.

Whether you're shopping in-store or online, everything at Cove is chosen with care to help you look and feel your best.

Q: What styles does Cove carry?

A: Cove is an established high-low multi-brand women's boutique that offers a unique, curated selection of clothing, swimwear, shoes and accessories. Our pieces are trend driven without feeling intimidating.

We’re known for our ever changing selection of brands and styles, so you’ll always find new pieces to love. We pride ourselves on our swim and resort selections and being the go-to store to find in-demand, it-girl brands in person.

A: We carry a curated mix of favorite brands and collaborations including Frankies Bikinis, For Love & Lemons, Free People, Jeffrey Campbell, Motel, NIA, Runaway, Dippin' Daisy's, Rolla's, Sam Edelman, and Rumored, among many others.

Q: Where is COVE?

A: Our flagship store is at 2151 South Lamar Blvd, Suite 100, Austin, TX 78704 — in the heart of the South Lamar corridor of the Boudin Creek neighborhood in Central Austin.

You can get directions via Google Maps. Free parking is available.

Q: When is COVE open?

A: We're open Sunday through Friday from 11am to 6pm, and Saturday from 11am to 7pm. Hours may vary around holidays — follow us on Instagram @cove_austin for any updates.

Q: What is the price range at COVE?

A: Cove curates a high-low collection. Most pieces range from around $50 to $350, with everyday basics starting lower and artisan or designer pieces at the higher end. You'll find a mix of accessible and investment pieces.

Q: Does COVE sell gift cards?

A: Yes! Cove gift cards are available for purchase online at Cove Boutique Gift Cards and can be used both online and in-store. They make a great gift for anyone who loves effortless, feminine fashion.

Online Shopping & Shipping

Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: Standard shipping is free on all domestic orders over $75. For orders under $75, a flat rate of $10 applies. Oversized items may incur an additional charge of $20–$50 depending on your location. We ship via UPS.

Q: How do I get 15% off my first order?

A: Sign up for our newsletter at the bottom of any page on coveclothing.com and we'll send you a discount code for 15% off your first order, plus early access to new arrivals and exclusive deals.

Q: How do I know what size to order?

A: Most of our clothing runs true to size. When in between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit or sizing down for a more fitted look. Check individual product pages for brand-specific sizing notes.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Orders placed before 12pm CST Monday through Friday are processed and shipped within three business days. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after shipment. During the holiday season, processing takes up to 5 business days and delivery up to 10 business days.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: We don't currently offer international shipping. We ship to US domestic addresses only.

Q: Can I track my order?

A: Yes — once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a UPS tracking number. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or reach out to us at orders@coveclothing.com.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Full-priced items purchased online can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unwashed, unworn, and unaltered with all original Cove tags attached. To start a return, visit Cove Returns.

Q: How do I return an online order?

A: You have three options:

  1. Use our prepaid return label by visiting coveboutique2.returnscenter.com — a flat fee of $12 will be deducted from your refund.
  2. Ship it yourself using any carrier and email orders@coveclothing.com within 5 days of receiving your order with the tracking number.
  3. Bring it to our South Lamar store within 14 days of delivery. All returns must be postmarked within the 14-day window.
Q: What is your in-store return policy?

A: For purchases made in-store at our South Lamar location, we offer store credit or exchange (not cash refunds) within 14 days of purchase, with tags attached and receipt present.

All sale items, swimwear, and intimates purchased in-store are final sale.

Q: Are sale items final sale?

A: Yes. All items in our Sale category, underwear and intimates, and any items purchased at an additional sale-on-sale discount are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Items purchased during holiday promotions, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or flash sales are eligible for store credit only — your store credit is digital and never expires.

Q: Do you offer exchanges?

A: We don't process direct exchanges. Instead, return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the size or style you'd like. This is the fastest way to secure the item before it sells out.
